Below is a sample of the wood engravings that make up the suite of prints, "Possible Fathers". Each is a portrait in anamorphic perspective of an individual whose influence on the artist is profound. The artist imagines himself as an orphaned intellect, searching for forbidden possible fathers. The result is a group of portraits with alienating distortions. The oblique angle of view, from which the heads appear normal, is elusive requiring closing of one eye and situating oneself close to the wall.
